On our menu you will never find the same recipes, we like to prepare dishes with always fresh and seasonal produce!

Among our fresh dishes, ideal to be enjoyed during the summer months: Carne Salà, a typical meat product made by flavoured beef rump and served raw with rocket and Parmesan, or the steak tartare, excellent with our local black truffles and served with Parmesan flakes.
